    Always Know Which Invoices Are Outstanding
    Because A/R is an open item system, rather than a balance forward system, invoices remain open — even past the month’s end — until they are paid.

    SCREEN INQUIRY:
    Quick, Easy On-Screen Reference.
    Unique inquiry screens let you immediately view a complete list of open invoices or a full receivables history for any client.

    USER DEFINED REPORTS:
    Reports Run The Way You Need Them Run any report by a host of parameters, just by choosing different options from the menu. For example, run an aged receivables by salesman in summary. Then rerun it by location in detail.

    SPEED ENTRY:
    Enter Old Invoices Into The System Accurately.
    When the system is first installed, you can quickly enter all your old invoices with their original invoice dates for accurate aging information.

    TRANSACTION CHECKS:
    Virtually Mistake-Proof Entry. The system validates dates and account numbers as they are entered. Special command keys make adding, changing, and deleting transactions fast and easy.

    EDIT REGISTER:
    A Chance to Correct Errors and Make Changes
    You can edit, change or delete any entry data before final posting or printing of a document.

    Clerical Time-Saver. Print out your A/R client list onto standard rolodex cards, file labels, and mailing labels to make routine communications and promotional mailings to your clients faster and easier.

    CREDIT LIMIT FLAGS:
    Keep From Overextending Credit. Customer credit limits can be set, and a warning message displayed,
    during order processing if a customer exceeds his credit line.

    AGED RECEIVABLES:
    Know Who’s Paying Late, and How Late A/R accurately tracks aging of open invoices. You can request aging reports at any time, for any period from 1 to 99 days, by a variety of parameters.

    YEAR-TO-DATE HISTORY:
    Follow Client Payment Patterns. This report provides a complete audit trail on all transactions against any specified client.

    CASH ANALYSIS REPORT:
    Track Cash Receipts. Find out precisely how much cash was received, and how it was distributed, on a day-to-day basis. The report also shows the average number of days each invoice was in accounts receivable.

    CASH RECEIPTS JOURNAL:
    Complete Entry Flexibility. You can enter full or partial payments, payments that cover more than
    one invoice, as well as pre-payments and overpayments. Apply cash to a specific invoice, or have cash automatically applied from the oldest invoice forward.

    SALES TAX BY JURISDICTION:
    Generate Separate Reports A/R lets you assign individual sales tax accounts to each taxing jurisdiction — separate reports are easily generated.

    INTERFACING

    A/R interfaces directly with SalesTrak (Order Entry/Billing/Sales Analysis) and Financial Accounting Package (G/L) software.
