    SCREEN INQUIRY:
    Let you immediately view full details on both shipped and unshipped orders for any client, including back order and shipping information.

    USER DEFINED REPORTS:
    Reports Run The Way You Need Them Run any report by a host of parameters, just by choosing different options from the menu. For example, run a sales analysis by salesman in summary; then rerun it by customer in detail.

    TRANSACTION CHECKS:
    Virtually Mistake-Proof Entry, The system validates dates, part numbers, salesman codes and account codes as they are entered. Special command keys make adding, changing, and deleting transactions fast and easy.

    EDIT REGISTER:
    A Chance to Correct Errors and Make Changes You can edit, change or delete any entry data before final posting or printing of a document.

    Keep From Overextending Credit Customer credit limits can be set, and a warning message displayed during order processing if a customer exceeds his available credit line.

    STOCK AVAILABILITY:
    Online Answers and Automatic Back Orders The system tells you at order entry if an item is available, and will automatically back order out-of-stock items if desired. Tracks both allocated stock (with a complete Committed Inventory Report) and back orders by customer or part number.

    ORDER ENTRY:
    Create, Edit, Credit or Delete Orders Allows entry of non-stock items and credits for returns. Ability to override salesman and commission by line item for split commission situations. Up to 99 line items, modifiable to 999.

    ORDER PRINTING:
    Prepares Your Picking Slip Automatically Prints everything you need to know to pick and pack order.

    INVOICE ENTRY:
    Final information For Billing Lets you enter freight charges and any changes in shipping information. Allows for complete shipment of order or individual shipments for each line item. Can back order or consider order complete.

    INVOICE PRINTING:
    Print Them Your Way Invoices can be printed by invoice number, a range of invoices, or all invoices. You can reprint an invoice as often as you wish prior to
    updating Accounts Receivable.

    A/R INVOICE UPDATE:
    Send All Final Invoice Information. This function updates Accounts Receivable with all final invoice information. It also updates figures in the sales analysis files, and
    forwards shipped item information to inventory.

    GROSS PROFIT ANALYSIS:
    By Item, Customer or Salesman, Analyzes gross profit totals, average gross profits, and profit percentages. Reports can be in detail or summary.

    SALES ANALYSIS BY SHIPPING CODE:
    Track Multi-Destinations, See amounts of items shipped to different customer locations.
